What Is Draft MVP?

Here at Draft MVP, we think about fantasy baseball a lot. In doing so, we’ve come to realize a few key truths about fantasy baseball:

1. It’s the most complicated and thus, the most demanding, fantasy sport
2. The draft is the single biggest factor in your team’s success or failure over the course of the season
3. The baseball season is 6 months long and having a mediocre or weak team for 6 months pretty much sucks

So, we’ve decided to try and assist you in making your team more competitive over the course of the season. Since the draft is the biggest factor in your success, we’re starting out by focusing on it. We’ve created some interesting analyses that help you think about how your team is progressing towards “highly competitive” as you draft a team. Our DraftMVP Targets are built to show you where you need to be in each of the categories that your team competes on. In conjunction with our draft configuration capabilities, you can tailor Draft MVP to your league’s settings (from statistical categories to the level of competition that you think you’re going to be facing) and get a highly relevant and helpful set of tools to assist you DURING your draft.
